Tax credit program for residential construction
Huntingdon extends a warm invitation to families, groups and individuals to come settle in and be charmed by life in a small town.
The City of Huntingdon offers a general and special property tax credit program to encourage residential construction:
- Credit of 100% for the 1st year
- Credit of 75% for the 2nd year
- Credit of 50% for the 3rd year
- Credit of 25% for the 4th year
